Case Studies- For Department Heads

Exceeding Departmental Targets (Financial and Non Financial)

Our cornerstone of the efficientr value proposition, we have worked with 100s of departments for many years with one simple, ambitious, goal: improve the performance of the department, exceeds targets, and lower inefficiencies across the board.

Unlike others, efficientr isn’t just a cost-cutting solution. It’s not difficult to suggest to cut costs in a department by a third. We add qualitative solutions that drive real value without the usual friction associated with change.

In 2022, we have worked with multiple organisations in the investment and finance industries, where we have successfully improved the performance of departments through efficiency changes which had little-to-no friction through implementation and adoption.

Understanding and Removing Costly Bottlenecks

efficientr is regularly instructed by our national and international clients to assist in identifying, removing and monitoring costly bottlenecks that were impacting the output of individual or cumulative departments.

During a routine audit of a sales department in a national lead generation agency, efficientr identified and successfully removed non-sales administrative workload which was reducing sales-attributable activities by over 50%.

Unlike attempting to “do it yourself”, efficientr takes a deep and holistic view on the bottlenecks that are reducing the output of your department(s). Reach out to discuss yours in complete privacy and confidence.

Implementing New Departmental Systems That Drive Maximum Efficiencies

Many organizations have systems and processes that are driven from a “top down” level. Unfortunately, this creates a significant issue on a departmental level: you might be using, or missing, the wrong systems that could be in place which drive optimal efficiencies.

We worked with several departments from our top-tier gambling client who were fundamentally inefficient due to accessing the wrong systems and tools. We identified the issues in less than a month, and went on to recommend and implement an entire new system for each department which resulted in significant efficiency improvements. In fact, one department- compliance- found that their productivity improved by “at least” 33% and their costs baseline for the department dropped by nearly 25%.  This work was completed in less than a quarter.
